SK 5xxE type frequency inverters can save resources by automatically reducing the magnetization of an asynchronous motor when the motor is operated under partial load. The motor current is thereby adjusted as needed, and heat losses are minimized.

NORD has extended its SK 5xxE line of frequency inverters by new size 5 and 6 models. Thereby, new performance ranges have been added: in addition to the former 0.25 to 7.5 range, users can now also choose inverters up to 22 kW.
