NORD at Anuga FoodTec
At the internationally leading trade fair for food and beverage production, NORD presents its drive solutions for the industry from 19 to 22 March2024 in Cologne.

NORD’s focus at the trade fair is on drive solutions for packaging of food and beverages. Centralised controlled servo motors are commonly used in end-of-line packaging. In contrast, controlled asynchronous motors from NORD are an efficient and economical alternative that achieve cost savings of up to 50%. When used with decentralised frequency inverters like the NORDAC ON, components such as control cabinets and the effort for wiring and installation are significantly reduced.

- The NORDAC PRO SK 500P control cabinet inverter that is ideal for the industry with its power range of up to 22 kW
- The NORD IE5+ synchronous motor for all types of conveyor applications that impresses with maximum energy efficiency and exceeds the previously defined efficiency classes
- The patented DuoDrive gear unit/motor combination that was specially optimised for the requirements of the food industry. It achieves maximum efficiency through the integration of an IE5+ motor into a helical gear unit.
