Career entry

A comprehensive induction programme gives you an impression of the individual NORD divisions. Here you will quickly make contact with colleagues from other specialist departments. Our flat hierarchies and generous freedom of action gives you the opportunity to prove your skills in project work and the normal course of business. New projects and tasks resulting from international requirements and changes in the Group are handled by international teams. Of course, new employees are supported as much as necessary by experienced members of staff during their first tasks and participate in further training.

Trainees

We offer you an 18-month trainee programme with interesting opportunities for your professional development in an innovative and rapidly growing company. The trainee programme prepares you to take on specialist and management tasks in the Sales department and includes comprehensive on-the-job training.

You have a degree qualification in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. You also think analytically, are dedicated and self-motivated, have an outgoing personality, mobility and team skills and also have a good knowledge of English.
