High Degree of Automation and Short Setup Times
Production in Gadebusch is chatacterised by lean processes and a very high degree of automation. The machines are automatically loaded with blanks and order tracking from receipt to delivery ensures on-time transport of the finished parts to the other NORD sites. Reduced set-up times over the years enable economical production of small batch sizes. Quality assurance at Fertigungstechnik NORD is carried out through defined cycles on optical measuring machines and 3-D coordinate measuring machines.
